How it works

From a file on your phone to something on a shelf.

Four steps for you, and a slower sequence at our end. Nothing is printed until you have seen what is going in and what it costs.

  1. Choose what you want — A scrapbook, polaroids, a frame or one of the smaller keepsakes. Not sure which? Tell us who it is for and what the occasion is, and we will tell you what usually works.

  2. Share your photographs — Send us the ones you want in it. You choose every photograph that goes in — nothing is printed that you have not picked yourself.

  3. We make it — Your photographs are laid out, printed, trimmed and put together by hand. We confirm the selection and the final price with you before anything goes to print.

  4. Receive your memory — It arrives packed and ready — to keep, or to give to the person it was always about.

At our end

What happens once your photographs arrive.

None of this is automated, which is the reason we can stop halfway and ask you about a photograph.

  1. The photograph — It starts as a file, filed somewhere between a receipt and a screenshot.

  2. Printed — Colour is checked and corrected, so skin looks like skin and not like a backlit screen.

  3. Trimmed — Cut down by hand, one at a time, to the size the page needs.

  4. Assembled — Pages built up, photographs set in place, the whole thing bound.

  5. Packed — Wrapped and boxed for the journey — because it almost always arrives as a gift.

Ordering, in practice

Get in touch and tell us what the occasion is and what you have in mind. We will talk through the product, the size and the price, you send your photographs, and we confirm everything with you before printing starts. There is no checkout to fight with — orders are arranged in conversation.

It depends on the product and how much of it there is — a set of polaroids is quick, a full scrapbook takes longer, and a wedding set for every guest room takes longer still. We agree a date with you when the order is confirmed, so you know before you commit whether it will reach you in time.

Most of what we make is bought as a gift, so yes. Tell us it is a gift when you order and we will pack it accordingly, and we can leave pricing out of the parcel. If you want a note included, send us the wording.

Yes — wedding scrapbooks, room key holders for every guest room, badges and prints are all made as sets. The main thing is time: tell us your dates and your guest room count as early as you can, and we will work back from the wedding rather than the order date.

Start with the photographs you already have.

Tell us the occasion and what you would like made. We will come back with a price and a timeline before you commit to anything.
