How ordering works, in writing.

Orders are arranged in conversation

There is no checkout on this site. You send an enquiry through the contact page, we come back with a price and a timeline, and the order exists once both of those are agreed between us in writing.

Prices on this site

Where a price is published here it is current: polaroids at ₹20 per sheet, lab printed photos at ₹8 per photograph, and photo frames from ₹150. Frames and scrapbooks are priced by size and page count, so the figure on the site is a starting point and the final price is confirmed with you before anything is printed. If published prices change, the change applies to new orders, not to one already agreed.

Nothing is printed without your confirmation

Before printing begins we confirm the photographs going in, the size and page count where they apply, and the final price. If a photograph will not print well at the size you have chosen, we will tell you and suggest an alternative rather than printing it anyway.

The photographs you send

By sending us photographs you confirm that they are yours to use, or that you have permission from whoever took them. We handle them as described in our privacy policy.

Made to order

Everything here is personalised and produced after you order it, which means it cannot be resold if it comes back. What happens if an order arrives damaged, incomplete or not as agreed is covered in the written confirmation for that order, and we would always rather put a problem right than argue about it.

Timelines

A timeline is agreed with you when the order is confirmed. We work backwards from the date you actually need it — particularly for weddings and gifts — so tell us the date early rather than late.

These terms describe how we work today. They are updated as the studio grows, and the date above moves with them. The written confirmation for your specific order always takes precedence over anything general on this page.
