What we do with your photographs and your details.
Written in plain language, because the thing you are actually trusting us with is a set of personal photographs.
Your photographs
The photographs you send are used to make your order and for nothing else. Specifically:
- We do not publish them, post them on social media, or use them as samples of our work unless you have told us we can.
- We do not share them with anyone outside the order.
- We do not sell them, and we do not use them to train anything.
- If you would like the files deleted once your order has reached you, tell us and we will delete them.
What we ask you for
To arrange an order we need a name, a way to reply to you, and the details of what you want made — the product, the occasion, sizes and the photographs themselves. We do not ask for anything beyond what the order needs.
What this website collects
Nothing. This site sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics, and carries no advertising or tracking scripts. Nothing you type into the enquiry form on the contact page is sent anywhere by the page itself — it stays in your browser until you send it to us yourself.
How long we keep things
Order details are kept for as long as we need them to make your order and to help if you come back to us about it afterwards. Photographs are deleted whenever you ask, and you do not need to give a reason.
Asking us about your information
You can ask us what we hold, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Send the request through the same channel you placed the order on and we will confirm once it is done.
Changes to this page
This page describes how we currently work. If that changes, the page changes and the date above is updated with it.
